Ok, so actually it's the USA, but hey, who's keeping track? The trip was great. I got to swim with the dolphins, so even though the weather wasn't perfect, I'm still very happy about everything. When I got off the train from the airport Jay was there waiting for us. I was so incredibly happy to see him. I missed him so much while I was gone. I mean, I missed all of you, but especially my baby :P We dropped Marjorie off at her house and then Jay and I went out to dinner (Monday was one of those "monthiversaries"). Got some steak and shrimp and fondue...it was amazing. We also had this great conversation. Apparently he got really drunk on Saturday and then went to WaWa to get some food. Well, of course Kurry (his ex g/f) happened to be working and they alked for a few minutes which brought back issues. I swear to god I'll beat the ever loving sh*t out of her if she f*cks with him again. Anyway, stayed at my house. I worked yesterday and Jay went to the PA Auto Show w/ his school. He found out that the building was delayed and instead of starting school in June he starts in August. He's upset, as am I, but it means that if we stay together, we'll have more time w/ each other, plus he'll be in a better financial position. Speaking of school, I'm aplying toMontclair for the fall, so I'll keep you posted! Umm, had dinner with my parents and Jay. Watched a movie @ Jay's and drove home around midnight. It sucks not being able to stay there any more, but we'll deal...

Yo bitches! I didn't know water this color existed...but dude, they still have pidgeons!!! It's just like @ home! I watched a diver feed some sharks and rays today. Then it started to rain...It's only like 60 today, but it was 77 yesterday and on Thursday. I'm not getting any color b/c whenever I have a chance to lay out there's no friggin sun! Whatever, I guess I will deal with being white until like May. Tonight we're watching "The Incredibles" with the kids. Tomorrow is our "free" day, so Marjorie and I are going to lay out and get a little sun if it's nice out, swim with dolphins, etc...Time to go!

I leave tomorrow! At this time I will be sitting in the airport reading and waiting for them to call me and Marjorie to board. I am so excited it's not even funny!

Umm, the past few days have been...interesting.

Friday I worked. Jay called me (unexpectedly) and decided to head out to where I was so that we could have dinner before I had to go babysit. Then I watched SEVEN children for a few hours, but I made quite the pretty penney, so it's okay...

On Saturday I saw my sister's musical @ MHK. She is so beautiful and so talented. Everyone's ike, "She's going to be trouble in high school; you'll have to beat the boys off w/ a stick." Thanks you guys, I need another thing to worry about! Seriously though, she did an amazing job playing "the b*tch" and I hope she continues to do well when she's in high school next year. When she came out on stage I started crying just because she looked so grown up. I mean, I remember when she used to run around naked with a pot on her head...lol.

Sunday Jay and I woke up @ my house and headed out to get food. When we got back to his place he started moving all the stuff from his room downstairs while I watched a movie w/ his mom. Then she and I started cooking dinner and I baked a cake. Afterward Jay brought me downstairs and he had set up his make shift room downstairs until he finishes building the other one. It was sweet how he did it and he had put "Grease" in b/c I had told him earlier that I was in the mood to watch it. It's nice to have an incredibly thoughtful boyfriend...

Monday Josh came out to visit. We wound up driving all the way out to New Brunswick to get some White Castle. Then we went to the mall to get his g/f her V~day present. Seeing as I'm one of Josh's lj Friends, and I'm not sure if she reads his friends page, I'm not going to discuss it any further.

Yesterday I had work and then I went to pick Jay up and then Jay, Josh, Chris and I went out to Toms River to see Joe and Erica. Webt out to get food, wound up at the mall and headed over to the WaWa. Then Jay, Josh, Chris and I leave and the boys decide to race people down the road. Interesting to say the least.

Today I have work and then I'm meeting Jay in Freehold when he gets off of work. Who knows what we'll wind up doing...

Well everyone, stay warm. I will try to post from the Bahamas, but I don't know how much time I'll have. I'm off to bring the kids to school and then home to pack. Seeing as I'm leaving for the train station at 4:30am to get to the airport, I have 20 hours until the vacation fun begins!!!!!!

Here's the day by day update:

Wednesday: The semester began. Joy. My ITA102 class is crazy b/c the teacher basically just teaches in Italian and expects us to understand. I'm sure I'll catch on decently quickly though. My REL102 (Living World Religions) class is amazing. Plus the teacher let us out early b/c the weather sucked. However, for the rest of the semester he's the kind of guy that keeps us 10 mins. late.

Thursday: I was supposed to work, but they had to go to a funeral and they took the kids so I got to sleep all day and go to the doctor. Then I headed back up to Jay's at night.

Friday: Worked. Went to pick up the "new" car. When we got back to Jay's I realized Jenna's mom had given us the wrong title. She went home to look for the right one, but it wasn't there.

Saturday: Woke up @ Jay's and waited to here from Jenna about the title. Talked to her around 11:15am. It wasn't in her mom's safety deposit box, so she went to get a new title at the DMV. It made no sense for me to go home since Jay would be home soon enough; plus it was starting to snow. Instead I went with Robin (Jay's mom) to get shoes. When we were on our way to Home Depot Jay called b/c he'd gotten out of work early so he met us there. Then, lunch/dinner @ Quiznos. Damn their food is good. I hadn't eaten there since work crew and I forgot how great it was. Then the grocery store and back to the house. Jenna gave me the title. We all watched "Ray" which was a good movie. I never new that Ray Charles was a drug abusing womanizing bastard...

Sunday: Holy sh*t that was a lot of snow. Spent the day at Jay's. He unburried cars. I did school work and chilled with Jenna and everyone. Cooked pizza for dinner. A good time was had by all. We watched "Spanglish" which was good. Adam Sandler is one amazing fellow.

Monday: Went to get the accident report. Had lunch @ Sal's with my Sarah. Went to the DMV to get my new car registered. Insured the new car. Jay picked me up since my Shadow is no longer insured. We went out in the snow so I could get "experience" which meant Jay pulling the E brake while I was driving which sent me into a snowbank. Then a car came barreling down the road and almost hit us. Jay had some words with the guy and then we drove away. Went out for pizza and watched some "Forensic Files" when we got back to the house. We fell asleep on the couch together, but eventually I got up and went to bed.

Today: Work. Then over to my mom's house to put the stuff from the Shadow into the Talon. I'll probably head up to Jay's after and then we'll go see a movie. My vote is for "In Good Company" but I doubt that'll happen.

Tomorrow: I might have to babysit. Then I have class.

Thursday: Work and then class.

Friday: Work and then at night I have to babysit.

Saturday: Sleep late!!! Pick up Jay. Go see my sister basically star in her school musical. Then out to the diner and back to my house with Jay.

Sunday: Spend the day with Jay. Go out to dinner. Bring him home.

Monday: Work. Afterward at like 4:15 or so I'm going to try to hook up with Josh. I have class at 5:40 so maybe I'll convince him to hang around for a while and we can hang out afterward. We shall see.

Tuesday: Work.

Wednesday: Work. Then school. I'm staying at Jay's because I have to be up incredibly early the next morning to catch a flight!!

Thursday ~ Monday: BaHaMaS!!!!!!

Ok, so 9 days and counting!! I'm just a wee bit excited. Oh yeah, and f*ck the Eagles. I hope they choke in the Superbowl. Time to go read "Animal Farm" and a whole bunch of other school work.

Let's see..I put in my two weeks notice at Vicki's. My last day is the 26th. I just figure that I might as well drop it now before SFGA and school get into full swing. I get back from the Bahamas on the 7th and my trainings for SFGA start shortly thereafter. School starts today and I really want to do well this semester. I need to prove to myself that I can do this and not be a slacker.

I've come to the conclusion that my life has been pretty boring lately. I mean, I work, I go to Jay's, now I have school...that's it. It will get interesting once SFGA starts, but apparently my lj can be discussed in open forum depending on what I post about the park, so that pisses me off. Whatever.

Okay, time to see if I can find a charger so that I can charge my phone and then call customer service to find out my password so I can put minutes on my phone. I'm such a spaz sometimes...

So, lj took a big ol' crap. Everything has been interesting. A little "Best of times, worst of times" Damn Dickens for that phrase...

Friday: I got into a car accident. Got hit after stopping at a stop sign b/c the guy had no lights on so I didn't see him b/c his car was gray and everything outside was foggy and misty. Spun around 360 degrees. I don't recommend that @ any speed. The cosmetic bumper is gone and my metal one is being held on with zip ties. Not to mention that my hood is jammed shut and I also happen to have no oil. Jay left work to come and pick me up (I didn't ask him to, but he did it anyway) and he helped me with my car and stayed with me for a few hrs. I babysat that night and then actually slept in my own bed!

Saturday: State Board Mtg that started @ 10 am and didn't end until 2:30pm!!! Then I went home for a bit and watched some of F*R*I*EN*D*S Season 8. "My boss wants to buy my baby..." lol..Went up to Jay's around 5pm. Our friend Will bought a 2000 Mustang and it is beautiful. We went to the Freehold Mall so Will could buy a teddy bear for Anne b/c she wasn't feeling well. We went to Build~A~Bear and Jay made me one and even included a nice surprise that I didn't know about until after he bought it. It was a lot of fun and then we went back home and had some quality alone time. I <3 you too, baby...

Sunday: Dinner with the extended family. It was...interesting. Jay survived, as did I. Then we went to Slowdown with Sarah. Thanks for the pressure!

Today: Babysitting. Doctor. I have no idea if I'm working at Vicki's today...oy.

Aw, Nitro is no longer the tallest point in the park :*( I'm sorry Josh, but Kingda Ka is just so much more impressive looking...But I bet "one million dollars" that Nitro is still a more kick a** ride!

I've been hearing some pretty sh*tty rumors about the upcoming SFGA season. I was hoping 2005 would be the best year yet, but if some of this stuff is true there are going to be a lot of really pissed off ex~leads and past employees. Erg, I don't know why I'm stressing about this, I still have slightly over a month before I can get anything confirmed...

In other news: I went to Red Lobster on Friday with Jay. Then on Saturday I worked 2~11pm @ Vicki's and our server from the night before happened to be one of a clients...Damn small world. Sunday was work @ Vicki's again 3~7pm and Jay's house afterward. Yesterday I worked (babysitting) until 3:30pm and then picked up my sister because my mom couldn't drive since she had an operation that morning. Fortunately she was doing a lot better when she woke up around 5pm. Then of course I headed out to New Egypt around 6pm. Jay hooked up surround sound in his family room and all of us watched "Team America: World Police" in style. I saw it in theatres and thought it was hysterical. Ah, the puppet porn (gee Kate, that's actually become popular since we joked about it @ LNS). Anyway, stayed over and I've been at work since 7:30am. Then of course, Vicki's tonight, but I'm doing stock work in the back from 5~11pm. If I like it my manager, Christopher, says he might move me back there full time. Though I'm only there until SFGA goes full time or it gets to be too much to handle when school gets hectic. Hmm, week outlook..

Wednesday ~ Free day! I get to wake up in my own bed @ whatever time I want to! Though I am supposed to go to orientation @ 6pm it's not mandatory. Then I'm headed up to Jay's b/c it's his mom's birthday.

Thursday ~ Work until 4:15pm and then picking up Jay and heading back to my parent's house. At 6pm we leave for SBA to see "Disney on Ice." Hey, he volunteered to go, so I don't want to hear it!

Friday ~ Babysit for the woman who's taking me to the Bahamas. Then babysitting at night for the lady I regularly babysit for. Staying over because...

Saturday ~ State Board Meeting that I have to leave for by 9am. Grrr...And it looks like my position is being switched. Fun Fun. Out to Jay's afterward.

My life is pretty uneventful these days. I work. I drive to Jay's. We watch movies. Hang out. Actually, a few days ago I got together with Josh, Erica and Joe from SFGA. Jay came too and we went to Pizza Hut. Then Chris (also of Nitro fame) joined us, so did his friend Sharon, I believe, and we went out and raised some hell. Yey for fireworks. Josh and Jay were thick as thieves...you guys are such troublemakers! It was definitely a fun night and it got me ready to go back to SFGA and see all the people who I actually enjoyed spending time with. Opening day is March 25th, so mark that down on your calendar. I haven't checked my snail mail recently so I don't know whether or not I got my rehire papers, but either way the employment center opens January 31st, so here I go again!

Hmm, like I said, not much going on other than that. I'm basically just looking forward to SFGA and the start of the new semester. I'm taking Italian 102, Cultural Geography (because I withdrew last sem.), World Literature, Living World Religions and Modern Political Theory. I can't wait for my Politics class. Side Note: Toady is officially a month for me and Jay. This makes it my fourth longest relationship, which I find pathetic on my part. I mean, James was just shy of a month...ugh. My longest is still my first, Vinnie, ranking in at a whopping 4 months and 5 days. I am way too dysfunctional. Anyway, to avoid getting all depressed I'm going to switch topics.

Christmas Eve: Worked @ Vicki's until 4pm. They wanted me to stay later and I all but told them to f*ck off. I had dinner with Jason and his family and then we went to my boss' Christmas Party. I can't believe he survived the experience, but it went very well. He met my family and of course they all ganged up on me. It was fun anyway! My boss, Kelley, got me coffee, the "Aladin" DVD and money. Other money also poured in...

Christmas Day: Jay woke me up when his family was 1/2 done opening their presents. His borther and sister got me the "Mary Poppins" Specuial Edition and his parents got me "Spiderman" and "Spiderman II." Jay got me all three Harry Potter movies!!! Everything was special edition of course :P Then I headed over to my parent's and opened my stocking. Plus, they got me my yearly ornament and F*R*I*E*N*D*S Season 8! I won a game of 90s Trivial Pursuit and then headed back to New Egypt. Will and Anne were there so we hung out and then ate dinner. Played "Dirty Minds" ~ god, that was an interesting game...

Sunday ~ Slept until the afternoon and then had to be at my grandma's @ 1pm to celebrate Christmas w/ her husband's family and my parents. Again, quite interesting having Jason meet ALL of my family...A little too "Meet the Parents" for my taste. But they like him and he likes them, so it's all good :P PLayed "Battle of teh Sexes" w/ the extended family and the girls kicked the crap out of the guys. My dad thought he tripped us up when he asked what state Jack Daniel's Whiskey comes from, but hello, it's Tennessee!! It's printed right on the bottle!

Monday ~ Went o the mall with Marjorie and her sister Rachel. I spent so much damn money, but I needed/wanted new stuff, and hey, I got a lot of Christmas money...I also ran into a million SFGA people. Apparently everyone gets jobs @ the mall during the off season! OOOOH, best purchase was my 300 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheets. So nice...Went back to Jay's and when he came home from work we stayed over @ my place for the night.

Today ~ Went to the doctor and then ran some errands. Drove Jay home and now I'm off to see a movie with my sister.

Tomorrow ~ I'm going to the city with Marjorie. We're just hanging out and then going to see "Forbidden Broadway."

Thursday looks like a bit of an SFGA reunion tour. Friday I'm working and then going to a party @ Jay's friend's house. After that, I don't know. I'm just enjoying having a week off!

It's Christmastime, again...

"...it's time to be nice to the people you can't stand, all year. I'm growing tired of all this Christmas cheer!"

Shockingly that's not how I feel about this holiday season. Sure, I have to work 9 hrs. on Christmas Eve, yes I have to deal with my family, and sure, they're pretty pissed that I'm spending Christmas with Jason's family instead of them. But hey, this year hasn't been all bad. Things happened that I can't regret b/c of all that they taught me, but at the same time I wish the circumstances had been different.

10 Things Heather has learned this year:

1) I am a lot stronger than I thought I would.
2) Always eat before drinking liquor ~ you will puke.
3) Sex is meaningless unless it's with someone you actually care about.
4) Everything has a silver lining.
5) You never know how long someone will be with you, so always tell them exactly how you feel.
6) Don't get mad over stupid sh*t just so you have a reason to argue.
7) You can get a meaningful relationship out of a random drunken hook up.
8) I don't need my parents to support me.
9) No matter how bad you have it, someone has it worse.
10) Everything does happen for a reason...

Some of them seem so trite and cliched, but hey, sh*t happens. In 2005 I aspire to do a few things. Here, have another list.

1) Save money!

Today I have work until 4:15, then I'm going out to dinner at the 'cana with Hil util 6:30/7:00 when I have to babysit (until lord knows when). Then tomorrow is work until 4pm, dinner at Jason's house and then he's coming with me to Kelly (my boss)'s Christmas party. Christmas Day I will be at Jason's and then go to my parent's house at some point to exchange gifts (and so I don't get b*tched at). Then the 26th is Christmas at my grandma's. Then I'm of the following week. Spending all day Tuesday with my baby and Wednesday Marjorie and I are going into the city to see "Forbidden Broadway." So, Happy Holidays to all. ANd a Very Happy New Year in case I don't touch base before then, though I probably will :P

I just read Sarah's lj and apparently Book 6 ("Harry Potter and the Half~Blood Prince") is coming out in just under 7 months!!!!

Ok, onto the news. Stayed at Sarah's for dinner on Sunday. Very yummy. Went to Denny's to meet up with a bunch on MCCC people and we, well I, caused a bunch of havoc. I'm just such a trouble maker. Afterward I went home and there were people over. John, Corey, Liam and Jaime were there with Sheila and they'd all been drinking a bit so they were pretty touchy feely, which I didn't appreciate. I went upstairs to call Jason so I had an excuse to leave the room, and it turned out he'd called while I was downstairs. We talked for a minute and decided I'd go up there (and he'd draw a bath while I was on the way) which is what I needed to get away from the boys in my house.

Worked on Monday. Tons of fun! Took a nap. I headed home and chilled with Kevin, Liam, and Sheila for a bit. Around 6:30 I headed out to Jason's and chilled with him and his family. We all sat in the living room watching "Love Stinks"...it was HIlarious! The b*tch in that movie was CrAzY!! Then we watched "Pirates of the Caribbean"...my mom called at one point and um, yeah...always knew that would happen.!.

Today is one job until 4:15 and then another from 8~midnight. I just can't win...

ChRiStMaS is in 4 days! Technically 3 days b/c Christmas Eve is always cool, but whatever...
